Black Friday Promotion – Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

1. Promotion Overview

This document sets out the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governing the Black Friday Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Mason & Dean (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
The Promotion offers $250 off selected electric gate motors under the conditions described below.

2. Eligibility and Offer Details

The Promotion applies exclusively to the following products:

• Ditec PWR35 Swing Gate Motor
• KIT ION4BK

- The $250 discount is available only when purchased in the same order as a set of double Gates.

- The Promotion is limited to one (1) discounted motor per customer.

- The offer is valid from 12:00am Monday, 10 November 2025, until 11:59pm Sunday, 30 November 2025 (AEST).

- The offer cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, promotion, or special offer.

- The Promotion is valid while stocks last. No rain checks or backorders will be accepted once stock is depleted.

3. Ordering, Discount Code, and Payment

- All orders must be placed through https://masonanddean.com.au/ during the promotional period.

- To receive the $250 discount, customers must enter the designated discount code at checkout.

- The discount will only apply if the qualifying electric gate motor and set of Double gates are purchased in the same order.

- Failure to enter the discount code at checkout cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.

- Payment must be received in full at the time of purchase to qualify for the discount.

Orders placed outside the promotional period will not be eligible for the discount, regardless of prior communication or intent.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

- Returns and exchanges are subject to our standard Returns Policy.

- If a customer returns the double gates or cancels that portion of the order, the $250 discount on the electric gate motor will be voided, and the customer will be charged the full retail price of the motor.

- Refunds will be processed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and our internal refund procedures.

5. General Conditions

- The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

- The Company is not responsible for technical issues, website downtime, or other circumstances beyond its control that may affect participation in the Promotion.

- Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

- These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
