What Our Builders Tell Us
It's the line we hear from almost every builder after their first order. Direct from the workshop. Spoken to by the people who built the business from the floor up. Drawings approved before manufacture. And when it arrives on site — it fits the measurements you gave us.
No remake. No site grinding. No round peg in a square hole.
01
Designing one-of-a-kind homes where the gates, balustrades and fencing need to match the architecture — not work around it.
02
Working on existing homes where every opening is different and nothing's standard. We measure it, draw it, build it to fit.
03
Multi-site or multi-lot work where consistency across every job and reliable lead times are non-negotiable.
Why Builders Choose Us
Not a list of features. The four things builders tell us actually make the difference on a job.
01
Send us your opening sizes and we manufacture to them. Every gate, panel and balustrade is made to fit — not trimmed, modified or made-to-suit on site.
02
The team you'll speak to has been with Mason & Dean from the start — they've designed the products, made them, and now look after the orders. Straight answers, no sales pitch.
03
Trade accounts receive pricing set above retail margin — recognising the work, repeat orders and trust a trade relationship brings.
04
Trade orders move ahead in the workshop queue, so site programmes hold and deliveries land when they're meant to.
Worth Knowing
Most aluminium suppliers can’t make a true raked panel. We can — and every Mason & Dean balustrade design is available raked, welded to the exact pitch of your stair or ramp. No shims, no adapters, no fixed-angle limits.
Send us the rise and going (or the pitch directly), we draw it, you sign it off, and the panel is welded to match. One less trade to chase, one less delay on site.
See Raked Balustrades →How We Quote
We don't price-match and we don't hold a discount back to negotiate with later. Every quote is the sharpest number we can stand behind — based on the steel, the spec and the work involved.
If someone's quoted you cheaper, take it. We'd rather lose the job than under-build it.
If You'd Rather Apply Online
We always prefer a phone call first — it's faster and we get a better feel for the work you do. But if it's after hours or you'd rather start in writing, just the basics below and we'll call you back.
Fast turnaround
Enquiries in before 2pm usually get a same-day call back.

Just the basics. Fields marked * are required — we'll grab the rest when we call you.
