Free delivery within a 120-kilometre radius of Tamworth, NSW for orders over $3,500. Beyond that, we use trusted freight partners to deliver Australia-wide.

As part of our commitment to exceptional service, we are pleased to offer free delivery within a 120-kilometre radius of Tamworth, NSW. Please review the following terms and conditions associated with our free delivery service.

Eligibility

Free delivery is available for orders with a total value of $3,500 or more (excluding taxes and fees).

Our free delivery service covers a 120-kilometre radius of Tamworth, NSW. Please get in touch with us prior to finalising your online purchase to check if you qualify for complementary delivery. Please note that delivery outside this area may incur additional charges. For specific delivery enquiries, please contact our customer service team.

Delivery Method

Our delivery team will transport your order to the specified delivery address using our own vehicles or trusted third-party logistics partners.

Delivery Conditions

4.1

Road Conditions: Please note that our free delivery service does not include rough, corrugated, or unsealed roads. It is at the driver's discretion to determine whether the road conditions are suitable for delivery. If your delivery address is located on such a road, we kindly request that you notify us in advance so we will discuss alternative arrangements or potential additional charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and successful delivery process.

4.2

Recipient Presence: It is required that someone is present at the delivery location to receive and inspect the order. This ensures that the products are delivered to the correct location and allows for immediate inspection to identify any potential damages. Please note that if you fail to be present at the designated delivery location, there will be an additional fee and the free delivery service will be automatically cancelled.

4.3

Delivery Requirement: For a seamless delivery experience, please ensure that appropriate equipment, such as a forklift or personnel for heavy lifting, is available on-site at the time of delivery. In the event that the necessary resources are not present, the delivery may need to be temporarily suspended until the required arrangements can be made. Please note that if a second delivery attempt is required due to unavailability of resources, additional charges may apply as it will not be provided free of cost. Your understanding and cooperation in facilitating a successful delivery are highly valued.

4.4

Delivery Assistance: Our delivery staff will assist in dropping off the product at the designated address. However, please note that they are not responsible for spending excessive time unpacking or installing the products. If you require additional assistance, please discuss it with our customer service team in advance to make appropriate arrangements.

Scheduling Deliveries

5.1

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, our team will coordinate the delivery with you. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred delivery date and time, subject to availability.

Delivery Timeframe

6.1

We strive to deliver your order within a reasonable timeframe. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control may cause delays. We will do our best to keep you informed about any potential delays.

Workshop Pickup

7.1

Customers may collect orders directly from our Tamworth workshop by appointment. You’ll be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup, including pickup hours and the workshop address.

7.2

Please collect your order within 14 days of being notified it is ready. Our workshop is a working manufacturing space, not a storage facility, and our team needs the floor space to keep production moving for the next customer.

7.3

A storage fee of $15 per day applies to orders not collected within the 14-day pickup window. After 60 days, orders may be considered abandoned. For full details see our Returns Policy.

7.4

If you need additional holding time, please contact us before the 14 days expires — we’ll work with you where we can.

Returns & Exchanges

8.1

If you wish to return or exchange an item delivered through our free delivery service, please refer to our Mason & Dean Returns Policy for further instructions.

Modifications

9.1

Mason & Dean reserves the right to modify or terminate this free delivery service, including the associated terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
