How long does an order take?
Standard lead time is four to six weeks from accepted quote to despatch, depending on the scope of the project and the current production schedule. You receive a clear despatch date in writing before any deposit is taken.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. Every order is despatched nationwide, fully fabricated, finished and packaged with the fixings included. Freight is calculated at checkout for standard sizes, or quoted per project for custom orders.
What if I'm not sure of my exact measurements?
Send a few photos and rough dimensions and our team will walk you through what we need. Final measurements are confirmed in writing before fabrication begins.
Is installation complicated?
No. Our products are designed to make installation straightforward for any competent person. A selection of fixings is available on our website — if the ones suited to your application aren’t listed, any hardware store can supply them. For complex sites — sloped ground, retaining walls, structural balustrades — we recommend engaging a qualified builder or fencing contractor.
Can a builder install for me?
Absolutely. Our products are widely installed by builders, landscapers and fencing contractors across Australia. If you'd like a copy of specifications or installation notes to share with your contractor, we're happy to provide them.
What does the 10-year guarantee cover?
Every Mason & Dean product carries a 10-year guarantee on the steel structure and the powder-coat finish under normal residential conditions. Full terms are issued with your quote — published because we know how the work is made, not because we have to.
